I help people and teams see where their work is going.
I'm Max, co-founder of xTiles — a visual workspace that brings a planner, projects and a tile canvas into one place. At xTiles I look after strategy and product direction.

What I do
Strategy
Choosing where xTiles goes next and what we deliberately do not do.
Product direction
Shaping how people plan, run projects and work with AI inside one canvas.
Writing
Turning what we learn into essays on product, AI and visual thinking.
Timeline
- 2026xTiles grows to a team of 19, building from Ukraine. I start writing in public.
What I believe
A plan is only as good as its next move.
Facts and assumptions belong in different columns.
Your workspace is the memory your AI does not have.
Seeing the whole beats reading the parts.
Get in touch
Happy to talk about product, AI and building from Ukraine — on podcasts, panels or over a call.
